1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Workaway Iran ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Workaway Iran is a cultural exchange platform that connects travelers ("Workawayers") with hosts. The Platform facilitates connections between users for the purpose of cultural exchange, where travelers offer their skills in exchange for accommodation and meals.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect and dignity
• Honor commitments made to hosts or travelers
• Provide honest and accurate information in their profiles
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Comply with all applicable local laws

5. Exchanges & Commitments

Workaway Iran facilitates connections but is not a party to any agreement between travelers and hosts. Both parties are responsible for agreeing on terms of the exchange, including work hours, accommodation, and meals. The Platform does not guarantee the conduct of any user.

6. Fees & Payments

Creating a host profile is free. Traveler accounts may require a membership fee for full access to platform features. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Safety & Verification

While we strive to verify all profiles and maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the safety of any interaction. Users are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when meeting new people.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Workaway Iran or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Workaway Iran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the community.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
